Michael T. Speetzen, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Speetzen was appointed Chief Executive Officer on April 30, 2021; preceding this, he was Interim Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2021. Mr. Speetzen joined Polaris in August 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Speetzen was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xylem, Inc. since 2011, when the company was formed from the spinoff of the water businesses of ITT Corporation. He joined ITT in 2009. Mr. Speetzen was responsible for the financial planning, accounting, controls, treasury, M&A activity, investor relations and strategy of Xylem Inc. Prior to joining ITT, Mr. Speetzen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the StandardAero Company owned by the private equity firm Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance functions at Honeywell and General Electric.

Douglas E. Adrian, Vice President, Quality and Operational Excellence

Mr. Adrian was appointed Vice President, Quality and Operational Excellence in January 2024.  Mr. Adrian joined Polaris in 2020 as General Manager with Polaris Marine, most recently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the Godfrey and Hurricane boats businesses.  Prior to Polaris, Mr. Adrian was President of Power Business Unit at Hayes Performance Systems.  He also spent over 20 years in various quality, operational excellence, and operational leadership roles.

Michael D. Dougherty, President of On Road and International

Mr. Dougherty joined Polaris in 1998 as International Sales Manager and has held several leadership positions since his most recent appointment in December 2019 as President of On-Road and International. Prior to this, Mr. Dougherty was President – International since September 2015, and Vice President—Asia Pacific and Latin America since August 2011. Previous leadership positions also held include Vice President of Global New Market Development and Vice President and General Manager of the ATV division. Prior to Polaris, Mr. Dougherty was employed at Trident Medical International, a trading company.

Benjamin D. Duke, President of Marine

Mr. Duke was appointed President of Marine on May 5, 2022. A seasoned leader within the marine industry, Mr. Duke joined Polaris in 2019 as general manager for the Godfrey and Hurricane Boats businesses at Polaris. Prior to his role, Mr. Duke served as president of the Job Site and Standby Power Group at Briggs and Stratton. He also spent nearly a decade at Mercury Marine in various product and marketing leadership roles. He was a member of United States Air Force before entering the private sector.

Pamela L. Kermisch, Chief Customer Growth Officer

Ms. Kermisch was appointed Chief Customer Growth Officer in 2018. Ms. Kermisch joined Polaris in 2015 as Director of Integrated Marketing for Motorcycles and continued to grow her career as the Vice President of ORV Marketing. Prior to Polaris, Ms. Kermisch spent nearly 19 years with General Mills leading integrated marketing for some of its largest brands including Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Betty Crocker and Yoplait.

Tony J. Kinsman, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President Off Road Engineering

Mr. Kinsman was appointed to the role of Chief Technology Officer in January 2024, expanding his responsibilities and adding to his current position as Vice President of Off Road Engineering. Mr. Kinsman joined Polaris in 2004 as part of the Company’s Engineering Development Program (EDP).  Mr. Kinsman was named VP of Off Road Engineering in 2021, prior to that he served in various engineering and product development roles of increasing responsibility at Polaris.

Victor M. (Vic) Koelsch, Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer

Mr. Koelsch joined Polaris in January 2020 as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, and in January 2022 his leadership role expanded to include responsibility for Polaris’ global Information Technology function. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Koelsch was the President and CEO of Exide Technologies from June 2015 until December 2018. Prior to Exide, Mr. Koelsch held several roles for Michelin Groupe, including Executive Vice President, Michelin North America and Chief Operating Officer for Michelin Americas Commercial Tires from 2011 until 2015, President of Michelin's Worldwide Original Equipment Business Unit from 2007 to 2011, and as the Michelin Groupe's Senior Vice president and global Chief Information Officer from 2001 to 2007.

Robert P. Mack, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development

Mr. Mack was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development on April 30, 2021; preceding this, he was Interim Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2021. Mr. Mack joined Polaris in April 2016 as Senior Vice President – Corporate Development and Strategy, and President – Adjacent Markets. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Mack was Vice President, Corporate Development for Ingersoll Rand plc, based in Davidson, NC. In this role since July 2010, he had global responsibility for the Company’s acquisition and divestiture activities. With Ingersoll Rand for 20 years, Bob held a variety of positions with the Company across a range of functions and businesses. Bob holds an MBA degree from Duke University, a BBA degree from Siena College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

James P. Williams, Sr. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Williams joined Polaris on April 4, 2011. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Williams was Vice President of Human Resources for Cooper Industries since 2006. Between 2005 and 2006, Mr. Williams was Vice President of Human Resources for Danaher Corp., and held various executive positions of increasing responsibility with Honeywell Inc. from 1995 to 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Williams held a number of posts in Human Resources with Monsanto and General Motors Corp.

Andrew G. Williams, President of Parts, Garments, Accessories & Aftermarket

Mr. Williams was appointed President of Parts, Garments, Accessories (PG&A) & Aftermarket on January 1st, 2025.  Mr. Williams joined Polaris in 2013 as Director of Supply Chain for PG&A and continued to grow his career as Vice President/General Manager of Operations, Parts & Service in PG&A.  Prior to Polaris, Mr. Williams spent over a decade in a variety of positions spanning multi-channel operations, supply chain and merchandise planning at Target Corporation and Advance Auto Parts.  He was an officer and pilot in the United States Navy before entering the private sector.

Matthew S. Winings, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Winings was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on March 10, 2025. In this leadership role, Mr. Winings oversees all of Polaris' legal, compliance, regulatory, government affairs and governance practices across its global businesses. He joined Polaris in 2023 as vice president and assistant general counsel. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Winings spent more than 10 years with Cummins Inc. serving in various senior legal roles, including internationally in the company's London office. Before that, he practiced in the litigation group at Barnes & Thornburg LLP. Mr. Winings holds a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
