Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE: PII) today announced the acquisition of
Timbersled Products, Inc. a privately held Sandpoint, Idaho-based
company that is an innovator and market leader in the burgeoning snow
bike industry. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
